Grade acquires Jobbnorge and strengthens its position within HR tech in the Nordics

Grade continues to grow in the Nordics and now provides Jobbnorge’s customers with opportunities for well-integrated solutions to attract, recruit, develop, and retain employees. Grade’s broad product range creates new opportunities for Norwegian companies and organizations to achieve a sustainable supply of competent workers.

Jobbnorge joins forces with Grade to enhance its employee journey

Jobbnorge has been operating in the Norwegian market since 1991. The company is one of Norway’s leading providers of services and solutions within recruitment. Jobbnorge have customers in both the private and public sectors. Customers include all of Norway’s government ministries, courts, universities, colleges, and 20% of all municipalities.

Accelerates growth journey in the Nordics

In September 2022, Grade opened its first office in Oslo. By acquiring Jobbnorge, Grade accelerates its growth journey to become the leading provider of Talent Management solutions in the Nordics.
