Accountor Software announces a public recommended offer in Heeros Plc

Accountor Software has announced a voluntary recommended public cash tender offer for all shares and option rights in Heeros Plc. The news was communicated to the market through a stock exchange release on 22 November 2024.

According to the stock exchange release, the offer values Heeros at EUR 5.58 per share, representing a premium of 52% compared to the closing price on 21 November 2024. The offer price values Heeros’ equity at EUR 30.7 million on a fully diluted basis.

The Board of Directors of Heeros has unanimously agreed that they will recommend that the shareholders of Heeros and the holders of the Option Rights accept the Tender Offer. The completion of the tender offer is expected to occur during the first quarter of 2025.
