We are excited to announce that Viking Venture has become the lead investor in Finnish LeadDesk Ltd. with 15% of the company’s shares. LeadDesk is a listed, fast-growing software company providing easy-to-use solutions for efficient operations of cloud contact centers.
LeadDesk is the third investment Viking Venture has made in listed business-to-business (B2B) software companies in the last six months. We intend to be a long-term investor and want to support LeadDesk in implementing the company´s growth strategy.
