Humly acquires Exact Education Ltd

Humly, a Viking Venture portfolio company, is excited to announce the acquisition of Exact Education Ltd. Through this acquisition, Humly further strengthens its position in the English market creating a stronghold in the North East to add to the already growing business in the South and Midlands.

Stronger position in the UK
