poLight – first day of trade

poLight ASA had its first day of trade on Oslo Stock Exchange today starting with the famous bell ceremony at start of trading. The first day of trade concluded a successful listing process where poLight ASA raised NOK 130 million. The company has more than 500 shareholders and is traded under the ticker PLT.

poLight reports successful IPO

poLight ASA reports the successful completion of its Initial Public Offering. The company raised gross proceeds of NOK 130 million. The first day of trading will be Monday October 1st at Oslo Stock Exchange. poLight ASA is a Viking Venture III portfolio company.

Viking Venture invests in Mercell

Viking Venture, the Nordic SaaS Investor, has invested in the Mercell. Mercell, a Norwegian software company established in 1999, is a market leader in the Nordics and Baltics providing software for electronic submission of public tenders as well as tender alerts to suppliers. Mercell is headquartered in Oslo, Norway with offices in seven countries. Viking Venture holds approximately 30% of Mercell after the investment.

Viking Venture increases its stake in Attensi

Viking Venture, the business to business software as a service (B2B SaaS) investor, is increasing its investment in Attensi AS, a leader in gamified 3D simulations and training solutions. Viking Venture joined Attensi one year ago in order to help the company grow internationally. 

View Software acquires Uni Pluss

View Software, a Viking Venture portfolio company, acquires Uni Pluss AS. The combined company plans to accelerate the digitization of the facility management market.

Viking Venture, the Nordic B2B software specialist, is happy to announce its additional investment in the service management software provider Evatic AS. Viking Venture have acquired 49% of the outstanding shares in Evatic from Anjuti AS (owned by Arild Andersen) and Anders Myrvold. Viking Venture controls 86% of the outstanding shares in Evatic after the transaction.
