Pagero and DinERP announce strategic partnership to increase value to global IFS customer base

Pagero and Norwegian software vendor DinERP today announce a long-term partnership to offer the most comprehensive purchase-to-pay solutions to world-wide IFS customers.

The partnership will enable IFS customers to implement streamlined purchase-to-pay processes within their organisation with e-invoicing, e-procurement and e-payments included – a first within the IFS ecosystem.

Evatic acquires WS Software

Evatic AS, a leading software vendor within Service Management, have acquired WS Software AB in Sweden, the owner of the WinServ service management software product. Together Evatic and WinServ will have more than 800 customers in 30+ countries and be the leading European service management software supplier. WS Software has its main office in Stockholm.

After developing the company into a rapidly growing undisputed market leader in the Nordics, Viking Venture exits at 10 times the investment in 2.5 years. Viking Venture reinvests parts of the proceeds in EcoOnline to facilitate further growth in the Nordics and to establish a leading position in Europe.

Viking Venture, the Norwegian B2B software investor, is happy to announce its investment in Attensi AS, a leader in gamified 3D simulations and training solutions. Viking Venture joins Attensi in order to help the company grow internationally.

Attensi was founded by serial entrepreneur Odd Skarheim in 2009 in Oslo, Norway, and has grown to be a leader in the use of gamified solutions for workforce training.
